PAC Building Pro
Catalog site, building configurator & back-office POS
A full marketing site plus custom inventory, pricing-sync, and point-of-sale tooling that runs the dealership day to day.
Booking, dispatch, inventory, a staff back office: the software small shops are usually told to buy off the shelf or do without. I build it to fit the business you’ve already got.
One builder, start to finish. Waverly, Tennessee.
Recent work
From a polished marketing site to the custom software that runs behind it. One studio, the whole stack.
Modern, mobile-first marketing sites that load fast, rank well, and turn visitors into calls and quotes.
Dashboards, portals, booking systems, point-of-sale: software shaped around exactly how your business works.
Connect your tools and kill the busywork: price syncs, lead routing, scheduled jobs, and API integrations that run themselves.
Online stores and product catalogs that are easy to manage and built to convert, without the bloat.
Stuck on Wix, Squarespace, or an aging site? We rebuild it cleaner, faster, and fully in your control.
Once you're live, we keep you live: updates, backups, monitoring, and changes whenever you need them. Need a domain or business email? We sell those too, so it is all in one place.
The same thing comes up once a site is live: the phone system is older than the building, or the internet drops at the worst possible moment. We can sort both now.
Through our partner Avant we arrange business phone systems and internet connectivity — working out what a business your size actually needs, bringing back options, and staying your point of contact afterwards so it is not one more company to chase.
No prices here on purpose. What it costs depends on your building, your lines and how many people are on the phone. Tell us what you have now and we will come back with real options.
Ask about phone & internet →No bloated agency overhead, no account managers playing telephone. You talk directly to the person building your site, and you see progress every step of the way.
We learn your business, your customers, and what "winning" actually looks like for you.
You get a clean, on-brand design to react to before a single line of production code is written.
Hand-built, fast, and tested on real devices, with a live preview link you can watch come together.
We ship it, train you, and stick around to refine, automate, and scale as you grow.
A few of the websites and custom apps we've shipped, from marketing sites to full operational software.

Wix rebuild with a custom lead back-office
Migrated off Wix to a fast, owned site with an in-house contact pipeline and an admin dashboard for tracking every lead.
A rebuild for a store whose website was a phone number
Serving Lobelville and Perry County since 2005. Ten thousand items on the shelves, six days a week, and a site that carried little more than a phone number.
Online reservations, and the back office that runs the yard
A booking site customers reserve from, plus the staff system behind it: live availability, deliveries, signed rental agreements and card payments in one place.
Built locally with modern tools, so you get a custom site, and the smart features bigger shops charge a fortune for, at a small-business price.
✦ One simple rate: $59/mo, whatever you build.
A clean, single-page site that puts your business online with a working contact form and a tappable phone number.
1 basic custom tool: a quote or estimate calculator, a paint or colour configurator, a product & service finder, or a booking & lead form.
An advanced tool: a staff back office with live data, a database and logins, or a 3D configurator your customer can turn, spec and price. Included, not quoted.
What's the difference in tools? A Business tool is one interactive front-end feature (calculator, finder, or booking form). A Pro tool is a full app with a staff back office and a shared database — your team sets pricing or info once and it updates across your whole site.
How a page is counted. A page is a page we design. A catalogue is one design: if your site lists six materials or twenty products, each with its own page, its own specification and its own photographs, that is one page of design rather than six or twenty. It is why a full catalogue site fits inside a plan instead of running the count up. Genuinely different pages beyond your plan are $100 each.

An interactive feature built for your business. On Business that means a basic one: a quote or estimate calculator, a product or service finder, a booking and lead form.
On Pro it is a different order of thing: a full app with a staff back office and a shared database, so your team sets pricing or stock once and it updates everywhere.
The dividing line is not the subject, it is what sits behind it. A paint configurator that lets someone try colours is a Business tool. A 3D configurator your customer can turn, spec and price is a Pro one, and on Pro it is included rather than quoted — it is modelled and tuned against your standard range until it actually looks right.
Yes, a 12-month term on the monthly plan. That covers your hosting, security, monitoring, custom-tool upkeep, and up to ~30 minutes of edits each month. After the term you're free to continue month-to-month.
Hosting, SSL, domain management, security & uptime monitoring, upkeep of your custom tool, and about 30 minutes of content edits per month. Your traffic is in your portal — visits, visitors, your busiest pages and where people came from — included with Care. What Local SEO adds is somebody reading those numbers and acting on them: your Google Business Profile, Search Console, the site’s structure, and a plain-English list each month of what to do next. Larger changes are billed at $75/hr or quoted up front so there are no surprises.
Absolutely. You can add extra pages, extra tools, or upgrade a Business tool to a full back-office app at any time. See the add-ons above. Your site is built to grow with you.
Yes, the site is built for your business and it's yours. We handle the hosting and care so you don't have to think about the technical side.
